Changing or cancelling a lesson

If you wish to cancel or change your reservation, you can do so on your My Page after purchase.

If you wish to change the date and time of your reserved lesson, please do so at least 12 hours prior to the lesson via the reservation confirmation email or My Page.

If you cancel or do not attend within 12 hours, no refunds will be given.
